This new building was built for US Ecology, a hazardous waste facility. It was part of an entire administration lab complex rebuild. It features 23 private offices, a large conference room, multiple bathrooms with showers, breakrooms, and reception area.

The building layout uses a U shaped hallway to serve all of the office and common space from the corridor.
High tech led lighting conrols make all lighting automatic. The large confrence area is easily accesible fom the offices and the entry to the building.
Multi stall restrooms are designed to be comfortable and include showers in case of an emergency exposure.
